Lemon Aioli for 2 people This aioli works well with a number of dishes and the flavorings can be changed depending on the dish it's going with.   4T creme fraiche or sour cream or Turkish yoghurt 1 garlic clove finely chopped (not grated) 2 tsp zest from a lemon little bit salt pepper if you like pepper ​ Mix together in a little bowl, let stand for half an hour then serve ​

Mustard Sauce This sauce is great for meat dishes, fish dishes, chicken dishes, sandwiches and salads ​ 2T Mayo 2T Creme fraiche or sour cream or Turkish yoghurt 1T Dijon-type mustard or any other mustard that you prefer Water or Lemon juice 1 Small garlic clove, finely chopped Salt and Pepper ​ In a cup, mix the mayo, creme fraiche and mustard till smooth. Add water or lemon juice slowly, constantly stirring to mix it in to a smooth consistency. Add less if you want a thick meat sauce, add more if you want a salad dressing.  Add garlic salt and pepper. Stir again and your dressing is ready ​
